The Silent Cartographer in Halo Campaign Evolved has three skulls and one terminal: Bandana is in a cave near the map-room entrance, Acrophobia is atop a high rock-ramp path, Status Update sits behind a table after the security override, and Hip Fire hangs above a blue-lit stairwell.

That is the useful version before Chief has to wrestle a beach, a ring-shaped island, and another set of Covenant defenses into submission. The mission still follows Chief after rescuing Captain Keyes in “Truth and Reconciliation,” with the Halo map as the prize, but the secrets are the kind of optional architecture that makes a famous level worth revisiting.
